Agile Ways of Working

An intensive 3-day course to discover new ways of working, problem-solving and running projects

Develop an iterative experimental mindset

Fast-growing startups live and breathe agility but what does it take to be agile? And why does it matter? Your capability to rapidly respond and adapt to changes in the market will help keep your organization relevant. Agile companies can resist competition, and embrace industry-changing technologies, or unexpected shifts in the market.

During this short course, you will work with client problems/case studies, developing user stories, and learn how to add value to your business with the Business Model Canvas. You will be introduced to Lean methodology, improve your project presentation skills, and begin to think like a startup.
